Tacos Tuesdays Original ChiliHelper:
What you will need: (1) - 8 qt sauce pot, 1/2 cup of water, 1 pound of ground beef or your choice of protein, 1 jar of Tacos Tuesdays Original ChiliHelper Mild, meat chopper.
That’s it, nothing else, no more spices, mixes, no additional vegetables required, no cutting, no chopping. We took all the hard work and put it all in the jar.
Approx. cook time: 15 minutes includes cooking meat.
How do I make Chili with ChiliHelper?
I like to make it all in one pot, no point using a separate pan and having more clean up. Of course, it’s entirely your preference on how you would like to prepare your meat/protein.
Put lid on pot, check on your meat periodically breaking it up to desired size. Make sure your meat is thoroughly cooked before taking next steps.
After 7-10 minutes you will have fully made, delicious chili with a wonderful aroma filling your house. The above recipe will yield four (4) 8 oz bowls of Chili. That is assuming you use nothing else, and only eat a bowl of ChiliHelper Chili. If you place you ChiliHelper Chili over rice, you will extend the servings.
ChiliHelper, when kept refrigerated and in a sealed container will typically last 3-5 days.
Tacos Tuesdays Cilantro Lime Rice: (optional add Chili Seasoning)
What you will need: (1) - 8 qt sauce pot or small/medium size rice pot, 1 cup of rice (cooks choice), 1 1/2 cups of water, 1 Tbs of dried Cilantro, 2 Tbs Lime Juice, 2 Tbs Olive Oil.
Optional: You can add 1 Tbs of Tacos Tuesdays Chili Seasoning to spice up your rice, Tacos Tuesdays style. Mix it in prior to boiling rice.
I like to make this Cilantro Lime Rice, using Basmati rice due to the flavor and fragrance, but you can use any rice of your choosing. You may have to adjust down the amount of water to 1 cup, if you are using standard white rice. Aside from that the cooking instructions would be the same.
Rinse rice prior to cooking to remove starch and reduce sickness, unless you prefer it, rinsing is NOT necessary to do.
Approx. cook time: 25 min.
Stir all ingredients together, turn heat to high and bring to a boil. I like to cover the rice during this phase to help it boil quicker. You can keep it uncovered, once water begins to boil cover pot (if not already) approx. 5 minutes
Tacos Tuesdays Spicy Spread:
What you will need: Small bowl or sealable container, 5 Tbs of desired choice of mayonnaise, 4 Tbs of Tacos Tuesdays Original Fajita Marinade.
This is a quick, simple spread you can make with any mayonnaise you have on hand or your favorite. Just mix in the specified amount of our delicious, spicy, Fajita Marinade and you’ll have a delicious spread that you can put on sandwiches, over steak or as a dressing over your favorite foods including chicken fingers, fries or as we like to use it over, our Tuesdays Volcanic Popcorn Chicken.
Approx. prep time: 3-5 min.
Stir well and mix all ingredients together, keep refrigerated. This will last easily 5 days in your refrigerator in a sealed container.
This combination and ratio will give you just the right amount of spice to give a little pep to whoever you’re eating, without being overpowering and making it unpleasantly hot. If you want a little more spice to it, just increase the marinade mix.
